This is part of an on-going, self sustaining permaculture/homesteading farm being built for clients.

We are currently constructin roads and flattening building sites for a home and a yoga retreat. Eventually, 75% of the land will be reforested with a path through the jungle down to a waterfall.

A dome greenhouse and the planting of a food forest are also part of the plans.

Quality Homes by the Black Sheep works with every piece of land we sell, and collaborate with new owners, the municipality, and various organizations to help reforest the area. Through donations, we also purchase properties that cannot be built on and reforest them. These properties are typically very affordable, and we obtain the trees from different government bodies. However, we still need to pay workers to plant and monitor the trees.

The workers and project overseers are hired from within the community, helping to support our neighbors and creating a positive atmosphere for expats moving into the area.

Where possible, we create paths and, once the trees are rooted, we allow people to enjoy the jungle and wildlife. This initiative began in 2022 and is constantly evolving, with the goal of continually improving these projects.
